Ingredients:
Sprouted green gram - 2 cups
Raw rice - 1 cup
Onion - 1
Green chillies (long) - 2
Ginger - 1 inch
Salt (to taste)
Oil
Method:
Soak rice for 3 hours. Grind all the ingredients except oil into a dosa batter. In a tawa, spread the batter (a ladleful) and cook thoroughly on both sides by sprinkling little oil. Serve with hot chutney.
